Expand school programs. a. Expand the Athletic Program. b. Evaluate current extracurricular activities and after school programs and explore additional opportunities for enhancement annually. c. Implement student acknowledgement programs including, but not limited to, National Junior Honor Society. d. Enhance Summer Programs. 5. Enhance staff skills through professional development. a. Provide and support professional development opportunities for staff. b. Visit and research other Montessori and academic preparatory classrooms to ensure Charlotte Preparatory School is at the forefront of best practices in academic standards.
