Be at the cutting edge in reference to materials, curriculum, and scope and sequence. b. Expand technology programs across all grade levels. c. Collaborate through scope and sequence across grade levels and disciplines. d. Add high school credit opportunities. e. Advance and enhance Montessori education for preprimary through third grade students. f. Expand the Arts programs. 2. Explore School expansion to encompass personnel and physical needs. a. Achieve parity with local public school salaries and benefits. b. Create an employee stipend structure for extracurricular activities. c. Develop and launch a capital campaign to raise $10 million for the construction of additional school buildings and facility growth. d.
