Students are to wear school uniforms on Monday through Thursday.
On Fridays students have “Free Choice” of what to wear to school in accordance with the General Dress Code.

Volunteers play an important and valuable role at Charlotte Preparatory School. It does not matter if you volunteer for one hour or one hundred hours over the course of the school year; any help you give is essential in enhancing the education of our students.
We welcome any and all parents, grandparents, alumni and caretakers to be volunteers. We hope you find your volunteer experience to be a rewarding one. Besides supporting the school, your volunteer efforts teach our children the joy and obligation we all have to give some of our precious time to worthwhile causes.read more
Charlotte Preparatory School has made arrangements with local vendors to provide a limited menu of lunch choices for a reasonable cost. A monthly menu is available via the Charlotte Prep Website. Completed lunch menus should be forwarded to the Front office. Lunches may be paid by check or credit card. Refer to the current year’s program for details.
Each teacher arranges a snack time that suits the schedule and needs of the class. The snack policy in Montessori classrooms is at the discretion of the Classroom teacher and may include parents providing healthy snack on a rotating basis. Each family will be scheduled to bring a snack for all the students in their child’s class. Parents/guardians have the option to pay an annual snack fee, and the school staff will purchase the snack supply. Delta 4-8th grade students bring their own snacks.read more
